Hi, it's Deirdre here owner of The Cool Food School - the home of healthy eating for kids!
I am a mum of 3 (this is my daughter and I have 2 sons as well) and a Health Coach. I have a BA in Hotel and Catering Management which ignited my passion in food and in the food environment around us and our children.
I developed this course as a progression from the workshops I was teaching children in preschools for years. I wanted to be able to reach out to more parents and help them with their fussy eaters or just show children how to have fun with food!
I live in the beautiful seaside town of Greystones in Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
